【内容简介】有机物的种类非常多,在已经发现的数千万种物质中,90%以上是有机物。地球上的一切生命体中都含有有机物,“有机”一词的含义最早就是“与生命体有关”的意思。 淀粉[(C6H10O5)n]是一种长链分子,相对分子质量从几万到几十万不等,属于高分子化合物。      食物中的淀粉不能直接被吸收,在淀粉酶和水的作用下转变成葡萄糖并溶解在血液中。
